Job Description Lead HRBP

Key Points-

• Exp 5year- 6 Year in HR Operations only (Payroll, dispute, operation, attendance, attrition and leave management etc).

• Rotational Shifts

• MBA (If candidate have HR specification it will be plus points).

• Male and Female both can be considered

• Up to 8LPA Fixed CTC

Key Responsibilities:

●Manpower Management: Oversee the lifecycle management of blue-collar employees.

● Attendance & Attrition: Manage absenteeism, ensure policy compliance, and reduce attrition rates.

● Employee Engagement: Conduct engagement activities, grievance handling, and improve employee experience.

● Payroll & Incentives: Address payroll queries, calculate incentives, and ensure timely disbursal.

● Data Reporting: Maintain operational data and share reports with stakeholders.

Core Activities: ● Talent Retention: Real-time monitoring and action on attrition.

● Employee Engagement: Improve onboarding, recognition & Activities

● Training: Weekly/monthly sessions, reinforce communication.

● Grievance Handling & IR: Real-time resolution and proactive issue management
