International Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and responsible candidate to handle international client communication and order coordination. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, sharing product details and pricing, and assisting clients throughout the order process.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with only international clients via WhatsApp, email, calls and other social media platform.
• Share product information, quotations, and order updates.
• Coordinate orders and maintain basic records.
• Follow company guidelines and ensure professional client handling.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of computer/WhatsApp/email handling
• Sales or customer support experience preferred (freshers can apply)
• Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented approach
