Role Overview

As a Jewellery Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling jewellery with care, and contributing to daily store operations. This role requires confidence, attention to detail, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with jewellery selection and provide excellent service
• Handle jewellery items carefully and maintain display standards
• Manage sales transactions and perform accurate calculations
• Conduct stock checking and assist in inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Perform weekly store chores (rota-based)
• Build customer relationships and drive repeat business
• Eligibility CriteriaGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic calculation skills (comfortable using a calculator)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Presentable and professional appearance

Experience Requirement

• Prior experience in jewellery sales is preferred and will qualify for a higher starting salary
• Freshers can apply if confident, passionate, and committed to learning
• Full training will be provided (with a slightly lower initial salary)
• Salary & Benefits💰 ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
• 💸 Sales Commission: Average ₹5,000/month (performance-based)
