Junior Advocate

Job Overview

We are hiring a Junior Advocate to manage legal documentation, title verification, and compliance for real estate transactions while supporting internal teams and coordinating with banks and legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct title verification of land and property documents through government portals and identify discrepancies or legal risks.
2. Draft and review legal documents including sale deeds, agreements to sale, power of attorney, and internal agreements.
3. Verify development agreements and other property-related contracts to ensure authenticity and regulatory compliance.
4. Prepare and process correction deeds to rectify errors in previously executed legal documents.
5. Handle bank verification processes for project approvals (APF) and coordinate with banks to resolve compliance queries.
6. Draft and manage rent agreements and ensure timely renewals and documentation.
7. Provide legal support to the sales team by resolving queries related to customer documentation and property transactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• LLB (Bachelor of Laws) – Mandatory
• 1–3 years of experience (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Knowledge of property laws and legal documentation
