Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Junior Advocate to join our legal team. Candidates with 6 months of experience are preferred; however, fresh law graduates can also apply. The role involves assisting in court matters, drafting, and legal research work.

Responsibilities:

• Attend court hearings and assist senior advocates
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, notices, affidavits, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis
• Prepare case briefs and summaries
• Handle filing and documentation work
• Coordinate with clients and court staff
• Maintain case records and follow up on matters

Eligibility / Requirements:

• LLB degree from a recognized university
• Enrolled with State Bar Council (preferred)
• 6 months of litigation experience preferred
• Freshers with strong drafting and research skills can apply
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of legal procedures and court practices
• Proficiency in MS Word and legal documentation
