• Roles & Responsibilities –
• Veg & Non-Veg CookPrepare and cook a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as per menu requirements
• Handle raw ingredients including meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetables safely and hygienically
• Perform cutting, chopping, marination, and pre-preparation of ingredients
• Ensure proper cooking techniques, temperature control, and food quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety guidelines
• Plan and organize daily kitchen operations and food preparation schedules
• Monitor food stock, storage, and minimize wastage
• Prepare gravies, curries, sauces, soups, and bakery items as required
• Ensure timely service and presentation of dishes
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and support team for smooth operations
• Follow company recipes, portion control, and quality standards
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper usage
• Adhere to safety standards and avoid cross-contamination
