Job Title: Kitchen In-Charge / Lead Cook (Training Provided)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Lead for our Saoji restaurant. You do not need to be a Saoji expert already—we will provide full training on our specific recipes and methods. You must be disciplined, willing to learn our style perfectly, and capable of managing the kitchen independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn & Execute: Master our specific Saoji cooking techniques and strictly follow our recipes.
  • Kitchen Ownership: Manage the kitchen from 11:45 AM opening until 12:30 AM closing.
  • Line Cooking: Lead the cooking line during peak service to ensure food goes out fast and fresh.
  • Inventory: Monitor stock levels and ensure there is no wastage.
  • Discipline: Maintain high hygiene standards and lead junior staff.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: ₹16,000 per month for the first 2 months (Probation Period).
  • Growth: Salary will be revised and increased after 2 months based on your performance and learning.
  • Accommodation: Free staying facility provided.
  • Meals: Daily duty meals included.
  • Internet: Monthly internet allowance provided.

Requirements:

  • Shift Timings: 11:45 AM to 12:30 AM.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in professional kitchens (Indian/Curry experience preferred).
  • Attitude: Must be responsible and able to manage the kitchen independently.
  • Stamina: Ability to work long shifts and maintain quality.
