Lead - Technical Support, Electrical / Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical support team in troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical and
mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of critical equipment and systems within
the Coal to Chemical operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced technologies and best
practices for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance
equipment reliability and lifespan.
• Provide technical expertise in the design, installation, and commissioning of new systems
and equipment.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and
implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols in all technical operations, fostering a
culture of safety and compliance.
• Support the Head Project in planning and executing strategic initiatives, including capacity
expansion and process optimization projects.
• Train and mentor team members to build technical capabilities and ensure knowledge
transfer.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive
innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in technical support roles within large-scale industrial
operations, preferably in the coal, chemical, or energy sectors.
• Proven track record of managing maintenance and technical support teams in high-pressure
environments.

Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Advanced certifications in maintenance management or relevant technical fields are
preferred.

Years & Type of Experience
• 10 to 15 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, or engineering roles.
• Extensive experience in handling electrical and mechanical systems in industrial operations,
with a focus on reliability and efficiency.
