Manager Sales

Role Overview :-

The Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving C&I rooftop solar sales, managing key accounts, building project pipelines, and supporting dealer/channel-led opportunities. The role demands strong techno-commercial understanding and experience in selling rooftop solar solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Drive end-to-end sales for C&I rooftop solar projects (50 kW to multi-MW)

2. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for factories, warehouses, hospitals, educational institutions, malls, and corporates

3. Conduct client meetings, site visits, technical discussions, and proposal presentations

4. Prepare and negotiate techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, pricing, and contracts

5. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams

6. Support dealer / channel partners for C&I opportunities in assigned territories

7. Track leads, conversions, revenue targets, and collections

8. Represent Rite Solar in industry events, tenders, and client forums

9. Ensure compliance with DISCOM, MNRE, net-metering, and regulatory norms

10. Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat & referral business

Required Skills & Experience :-

1. 8+ years of experience in rooftop solar sales, with minimum 4–5 years in C&I segment
2. Strong understanding of Rooftop system design concepts
3. CAPEX / OPEX / RESCO models
4. Net-metering, open access basics, and DISCOM processes
5. Proven track record of closing C&I rooftop solar deals
6. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
7. Ability to work in a fast-scaling, execution-driven environment
