Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Civil Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our civil products division, specializing in Stamped Concrete Flooring, Paver Blocks, Tiles, and Granite Flooring. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets

- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other key decision-makers

- Provide product training and support to clients and partners

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of projects

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity

- Prepare and present sales reports and proposals

Product Focus:

- Stamped Concrete Flooring

- Paver Blocks

- Tiles (Ceramic, Porcelain, and Natural Stone)

- Granite Flooring

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of civil products and construction practices

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the flooring or construction industry

- Familiarity with Stamped Concrete Flooring, Paver Blocks, Tiles, and Granite Flooring

- Strong network of contacts in the construction industry
