Job Description – Medical Sales Representative (MSR)

🎯 Role Objective

• Drive Secondary Sales and Market growth in the assigned territory
• Build brand presence and ensure Market Growth

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Visit Hospitals, Clinic, Rehabilitation Centre and Chemists as per daily beat plan
• Promote company products and communicate USPs vs Competitors
• Convert Non-prescribing Doctors through regular follow-ups
• Achieve Monthly Primary & Secondary Sales Targets
• Ensure Product availability at chemists and stockists
• Coordinate with distributors for Order booking & secondary push
• Attend OTs / CMEs / field activities when required
• Maintain Daily call reports and share market feedback

🔹 Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma, Graduate / D. Pharm / B. Pharm / B. Sc / MBA
• Experience: 0–5 years in medical / pharma sales
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
• Mandatory: Two-wheeler & valid driving license
• Willing to work full-time in the field

🔹 Skills Required

• Strong Communication & Doctor handling skills
• Basic understanding of Primary & Secondary Sales
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated
