Office Boy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking office boy to maintain cleanliness, assist staff, and handle basic office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
• Manage pantry stock and inform when items are running low
• Handle office files and documents carefully
• Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office
• Assist staff with basic office-related tasks
• Open and close the office on time
• Support administrative staff as required
• Maintain pantry and office supplies
• Handle photocopying, printing, and scanning work
• Run small errands as instructed by management

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of office work
• Punctual, responsible, and disciplined
• Ability to follow instructions properly
• Physically fit to handle basic office tasks and errands
• Willingness to travel locally for office work (if required)
