Job SummarySun Kool Solution is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities. The role involves handling invoicing, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and managing manpower to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesInvoicing & Documentation

• Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
• Maintain records of invoices, payments, and billing documents
• Coordinate with accounts team for billing clarification and payment follow-ups

Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments
• Schedule and monitor operational activities to meet timelines
• Act as a point of contact to resolve operational issues quickly

Manpower Management

• Allocate manpower as per operational requirements
• Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules
• Monitor workforce performance and ensure proper utilization
• Handle manpower-related queries and basic issue resolution

Operations Support

• Ensure smooth execution of daily operations
• Maintain operational reports and MIS
• Support management with operational planning and improvements
