Operation Executive

JOB BRIEF

We are hiring an Operations & Dispatch Executive who will control day-to-day dispatch, installation, stock movement, and service coordination using system-based processes. This role is responsible for ensuring no material moves, installs, or gets dispatched without payment clearance and system entry.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Verify payment status in ERP before any dispatch or installation
2. Create and track dispatch, installation, and service tasks in CRM
3. Coordinate with godown staff for packing, loading, and stock movement
4. Collect and verify photo proof for all dispatches and installations
5. Maintain inward–outward stock records and highlight mismatches
6. Schedule technicians and track completion with proof
7. Coordinate inter-branch dispatch only through system approvals
8. Prepare daily operations status report (pending / done / issues)

EDUCATION

Minimum Education :- Graduate (any stream)

Technical Education :- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience :- 1–3 years in operations / dispatch / logistics / back-office role

BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

1. Strong follow-up and coordination skills
2. Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for shortcuts
3. Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, and system-based work
5. Honest, disciplined, and process-driven mindset
