Job Description
Provide direct administrative and secretarial support to the Director / Project Head
Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel plans
Prepare, draft, and format letters, emails, reports, MOMs, and presentations
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally
Coordinate with site teams, clients, Railways officials, vendors, and consultants
Track follow-ups, approvals, deadlines, and commitments
Maintain files, records, and documentation (physical & digital)
Assist in tender documentation, contract files, and compliance records
Support billing, correspondence, and coordination with accounts & HR
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
Manage office communication and act as a point of contact for management
