Job Title: Plant Incharge / Supervisor

Job Summary:

Looking for a Plant Incharge to handle daily bottling/refilling operations, ensure safety, maintain quality, and manage manpower efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise plant operations and meet production targets

Ensure proper filling, sealing, and quality standards

Maintain safety norms and compliance (PESO, OHS)

Handle basic maintenance coordination of machines

Manage manpower, shifts, and attendance

Coordinate with dispatch/logistics

Maintain daily reports (production, downtime, safety)

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree (Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial)

2–5 years experience in plant/bottling/refilling operations

Knowledge of safety, pressure systems & machinery
