Job Title: Plant Incharge

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing daily bottling/refilling operations, ensuring production targets, safety, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise filling operations and ensure SOP compliance
• Maintain safety standards and handle emergency protocols
• Ensure product quality (weight, pressure, sealing)
• Coordinate maintenance of machines and equipment
• Manage manpower, shifts, and productivity
• Handle inventory and coordinate dispatch activities
• Maintain daily reports and records

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering
• 1+ years experience in bottling/refilling operations
• Knowledge of safety standards and plant operations
