Printing Machine Operator

Candidate Profile – Machine Operator (Fusing & Printing – T-Shirts)Role Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for operating fusing and printing machines for T-shirts, along with inventory movement, folding, and basic warehouse activities to ensure smooth production and dispatch operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate fusing machines for T-shirt production
• Operate printing machines (heat press / screen / digital, as applicable)
• Ensure quality control during printing and fusing processes
• Handle inventory movement (inward, outward, and internal transfers)
• Perform folding, packing, and tagging of finished goods
• Maintain machine cleanliness and basic troubleshooting
• Follow safety and operational guidelines
• Support production targets and daily output planning
• Skills & RequirementsExperience in garment printing or fusing operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of T-shirt fabrics and printing standards
• Ability to handle inventory and warehouse tasks
• Attention to detail and quality
• Physically fit for shop-floor work
• Willingness to work in production shifts, if required
• Experience & EducationMinimum 1–3 years of experience in garment production / printing unit
• Basic schooling or ITI (preferred, not mandatory)
