Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong English communication skills. Freshers with leadership potential as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management can apply.

The candidate will manage timelines, coordinate with internal teams, communicate with clients, and ensure smooth project execution from start to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing teams
• Communicate professionally with clients via calls, emails, and meetings
• Create project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Assign tasks and monitor team progress
• Handle revisions, approvals, and feedback processes
• Identify risks or delays and provide solutions
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BMS, MBA, or related field preferred)
• Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in project management or coordination
• Strong English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)
• Good client handling and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Trello / Asana / ClickUp is a plus

For Experienced Candidates (1–2 Years)

• Experience in handling client communication
• Ability to manage small to mid-size projects independently
• Understanding of budgeting and deadline management
• Experience in branding, packaging, or digital marketing industry preferred
