Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong client relationships. Excellent English communication skills, presentation skills, and a pleasing personality are essential. The role involves frequent travel for meetings and client visits.


  • Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Client Management:

Education:
