Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive who has knowledge of WhatsApp API automation and excellent English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with clients, and managing automated WhatsApp campaigns for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert leads generated through WhatsApp API, CRM, and digital campaigns.
• Manage WhatsApp automation campaigns, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
• Communicate with clients in fluent English and Hindi via call and WhatsApp.
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective buyers.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.
• Maintain proper lead records in CRM and update client interactions.
• Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API / Automation tools.
• Strong English speaking and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any field (Marketing / Business preferred).
• Experience in real estate sales or digital lead handling is an advantage.
