Role Overview:As a Real Estate Sales Executive at Reparv, you will play a critical role in connecting clients with their ideal properties. You will manage client relationships, understand their needs, offer property solutions, and drive property sales, while upholding Reparv’s values of transparency, integrity, and excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:Actively generate and nurture leads through online and offline channels.

  • Understand client requirements, budgets, and preferences to offer suitable property options.

  • Conduct property showings, site visits, and project presentations.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

  • Negotiate property deals, close sales, and assist clients with documentation and transactions.

  • Collaborate with internal partners (Onboarding, Territory, and Project Partners) for smooth operations.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitive developments, and new projects.

  • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client feedback systematically.

  • Represent Reparv's brand values by ensuring honesty and client-first service in every interaction.

  • Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Business, Sales, or Real Estate).

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (1–3 years preferred). Freshers with strong passion and communication skills are also welcome.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-focused attitude with a drive for results.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Basic understanding of real estate laws, financing options, and market dynamics (training will be provided).

  • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
