Real Estate Telecaller

(Role & Responsibilities)We are looking for an Only Experience Candidate Preferred / No Freshers Real Estate Telecaller to handle calls, daily leads, and assist in closing deals.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Making Daily calls to potential clients or Leads from Facebook/Google from the provided databases
• Handling property enquiries
• Explaining real estate projects, pricing, location, amenties and offers clearly
• Understanding customer requirements (budget, location, property type)
• Scheduling site visits and follow-ups for the sales team
• Strong Follow must needed
• Maintaining call records(Diary/Excel Sheet), client details, and follow-up status
• Coordinating with sales managers and Team Leader
• Achieving daily and monthly calling
• Key Skills RequiredGood communication skills (Hindi & Marathi mandatory, English Basic)
• Confident and polite calling manner
• Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
• Experience knowledge of real estate terms (Flat, Plot, EMI, Agreement, etc.)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM – if any)
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• Only experience in real estate / telecalling / sales preferred
• Working HoursOffice Time: [e.g., 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM]
• Weekly Off: [Specify – Tuesday / Rotational]
