Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with proper etiquette
- Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules
- Receive, sort, and distribute courier and mail
- Maintain office records, files, and documents
- Support basic administrative and office coordination tasks
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist HR/Admin team as required
- Key Skills & Requirements:Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Punctual, disciplined, and reliable
