POSITION OVERVIEW

The Regional Sales Manager is a dynamic, results-driven sales leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term client relationships across the assigned region. This is NOT a desk-bound position. The successful candidate will spend significant amount of a time in the field, visiting clients, understanding their packaging needs, conducting product demonstrations, and closing business deals. You will be the face of our company in your region and will be instrumental in establishing our brand as the preferred packaging solutions provider for jewelry businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Sales & Revenue Generation - Target achievement, opportunity identification, and deal closure
  • Client Relationship Management - Building relationships and understanding client needs
  • Field Activities & Outstation Travel - Market coverage and sales tours (60-70% field time)
  • Team Leadership & Sales Management - Leading and developing sales team
  • Reporting & Analytics - CRM management and performance tracking
  • Strategic Business Development - New market exploration and partnerships
