Relationship Manager

1. Sales target achievement

Achieve monthly/yearly sales targets on life insurance products.

Generate leads (via fieldwork, cold-calling, referrals) and convert them.

Follow up on leads to ensure timely closure.

2. Need-based selling & product positioning

Understand customer needs and position the correct product accordingly.

Keep updated with products, features, benefits, regulatory aspects.

3. Customer relationship & servicing

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Resolve customer queries, complaints; provide after-sales service.

4. Documentation, compliance & procedures

Ensure adherence to the company’s procedures, documentation norms and compliance requirements.

Participate in training, development to stay current.
