Explain loan products and guide customers through the loan application process.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and documentation.

Meet monthly sales targets and business development goals.

Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM/sales reports.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
