Job Title: TRO/Relationship Officer Company: Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Location: Nagpur and Raipur Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to join our team at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and meeting sales targets for various loan products, including Home Loans, MSME Loans, and LAP.

Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and promote bank products - Meet sales targets and build customer relationships - Manage customer accounts and provide excellent service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Field travel and sales activities

Eligibility: - Graduation - Sales/banking experience preferred - Two-wheeler for local travel - Good communication skills and customer-centric approach
