Job Title: Restaurant Operations In-charge (Hands-on Lead)

Job Summary

We are looking for a trustworthy, proactive, and "all-rounder" Operations In-charge to lead our daily restaurant activities. This is a high-ownership role where you will manage the billing counter and staff while actively participating in floor service. You must be willing to lead by example, performing any task necessary—from serving guests to assisting the team—to ensure a seamless dining experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing procedures and maintain a disciplined workflow.
• Active Table Service: Personally handle guest seating, take orders, and provide direct table service during peak hours or as needed.
• Billing & POS: Manage the billing counter, ensure transaction accuracy, and perform daily account settlements.
• Staff Supervision: Manage and motivate waiting and cleaning staff; ensure all hygiene standards are met through regular inspection.
• Customer Relations: Collect guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally to ensure repeat business.
• Inventory & Support: Coordinate with the kitchen lead for stock monitoring and perform any operational tasks required to keep the restaurant running smoothly. 

Salary & Benefits

• Probation Salary: ₹15,000 per month for the first 1.5 months.
• Salary Revision: Guaranteed increase after 1.5 months based on performance and mastery of operations.

Requirements

• Shift Timings: 11:45 AM to 12:30 AM.
• Experience: 1–3 years in restaurant management or a senior service role.
• Versatility: Must be willing to do manual work, table service, and general tasks as required by the business.
• Skills: Basic POS/computer knowledge and strong communication skills.
