Job Title: Canteen Worker

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Canteen Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic cooking skills and be capable of handling food preparation and service in a canteen setting. This is not a supervisory role — the candidate will assist in cooking and ensuring smooth food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily food preparation and cooking

Serve food to staff/customers in an efficient and friendly manner

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and serving area

Follow food safety standards at all times

Assist in stock handling and kitchen inventory

Clean utensils, dishes, and workstations as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in cooking or working in a canteen is preferred

Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety

Ability to work as part of a team

Punctual, honest, and responsible attitude
