Role Overview -

We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our retail footprint, and strengthening brand presence within the local market. You will be the primary point of contact for distributors and retailers, ensuring our products are widely available and well-presented.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, wholesalers, and kirana stores to increase product penetration across Nagpur.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets through consistent market visits.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing distributors and retailers to ensure smooth stock rotation and timely payments.
• Merchandising: Ensure high visibility of products at the Point of Sale (POS) by managing shelf space and deploying marketing materials (posters, danglers, etc.).
• Reporting: Provide daily reports on field visits, sales figures, and competitor activities to the management team.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local market trends and competitor pricing/promotions to suggest effective sales strategies.
