Job Title: Sales & Marketing Head – Hospital

Location: Nagpur

Job Responsibilities:

Lead hospital sales and marketing activities to increase patient footfall and revenue.

Develop corporate tie-ups, doctor referrals, TPAs, and insurance partnerships.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).

Handle hospital operational coordination related to sales, OPD/IPD, and patient services.

Coordinate with accounts for billing, collections, MIS, and revenue tracking.

Oversee daily administrative activities related to sales and marketing.

Manage and lead the sales & marketing team.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in hospital/healthcare sales & marketing.

Knowledge of hospital operations, billing, TPAs, and insurance processes.

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Hospital Management, or related field.

Preferred:

Experience in multi-specialty hospital.

Strong local referral and corporate network.
