Sales / Builder Relation Executive

We are looking for a Marketing executive for Window Manufacturing Business (Nagpur) self vehicle/Bike required

About Us:

We manufacture and supply UPVC and aluminium windows for residential and commercial construction projects. We work with builders and construction owners who need quality windows in bulk.

The job is relationship-based sales, not target-pressure sales.

1. Builder & Contractor Coordination

Visit builders, contractors, architects

Introduce our aluminium & uPVC window solutions

Maintain long-term relationship with builders

Follow up for upcoming projects

2. Lead Follow-ups

Call builders who have already shown interest

Update them on quotations, timelines, samples

Coordinate between builder and office team

3. Site Visits (When Required)

Visit construction sites with owner or site supervisor

Understand basic project requirements

No technical calculation needed

4. Reporting

Maintain simple record of meetings and follow-ups

Daily update to owner on WhatsApp / register

WHAT THIS JOB IS NOT

No cold calling of random customers

No price negotiation authority

No target pressure like real estate brokers

REQUIRED SKILLS (PRACTICAL, NOT DEGREE-BASED)

Good communication in Hindi / Marathi

Basic English understanding (optional)

Confidence to talk to builders and site engineers

Two-wheeler preferred

Mobile phone mandatory

Experience:

1–5 years experience in construction / building material / interiors / sales preferred

Freshers with confidence can also apply

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Performance Incentive:

Commission on confirmed orders

Bonus for repeat builder business

Salary is paid on time. No delays.
