Role Summary :- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the PCD Industrial Department by managing sales coordination, order processing, and supply chain activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience in supply chain management to ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination·        

. Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch planning

·        Maintain sales records, order tracking, and customer details

·        Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards

·        Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution

Supply Chain Management

·        Coordinate with logistics, plant, and warehouse teams for timely product dispatch

·        Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability

·        Track shipments and maintain dispatch schedules

·        Ensure proper documentation for orders, invoices, and deliveries

Reporting & Data Management

·        Maintain and update sales data and reports using MS Excel

·        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management

·        Analyze sales and dispatch data to identify trends and improve efficiency

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

·        1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Supply Chain Management

·        Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)

·        Good coordination and communication skills

·        Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

·        Experience in industrial product or gas industry coordination will be an advantage
