Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Sales Coordination :-
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch planning
- Maintain sales records, order tracking, and customer details
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
- Supply Chain ManagementCoordinate with logistics, plant, and warehouse teams for timely product dispatch
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability
- Track shipments and maintain dispatch schedules
- Ensure proper documentation for orders, invoices, and deliveries
- Reporting & Data ManagementMaintain and update sales data and reports using MS Excel
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
- Analyze sales and dispatch data to identify trends and improve efficiency
