Sales Executive

Job SummaryRS Car Accessories is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive in-store sales of car accessories. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, coordinating with installers, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle model and accessory requirements
• Recommend suitable car accessories (seat covers, infotainment, lighting, PPF, mats, etc.)
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and warranty clearly
• Prepare quotations and close sales
• Coordinate with installers to ensure correct product fitment
• Follow the assigned sales checklist and final quality check before delivery
• Maintain basic sales records and update daily sales reports
• Upsell and cross-sell accessories based on customer needs
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  
• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (automobile accessories preferred)
• Good communication skills in local language and basic English
• Basic knowledge of cars and accessories
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
