Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to grow Instaapoint’s customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting Instaapoint’s solutions, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, field visits, and online channels
- Present and demonstrate Instaapoint’s products to potential clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals or upsells
- Coordinate with marketing and support teams to improve customer experience
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and market trends
- Requirements & QualificationsProven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand software / SaaS products (training will be provided)
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with clinics, salons, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with digital sales and lead generation
