Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a sales team of 4–6 sales executives.
• Generate new business opportunities for The Kaizen Club Membership.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Train, motivate, and monitor the daily performance of the sales team.
• Identify potential customers, corporate clients, and referral partners.
• Conduct field sales, presentations, and membership closures.
• Coordinate with the Sales Head for target planning and execution.
• Maintain sales records, lead data, and follow-up reports.
• Ensure ethical sales practices and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in promotional events, meetings, and marketing activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: 2 Male & 2 Female candidates only
• Age: 30 to 35 years
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in business development or sales
• Team Handling: Proven ability to manage 4–6 sales professionals
