Sales Manager

PB’s Fitness Studio is looking for a dynamic and result-driven female Sales Manager to lead membership sales, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to convert leads into long-term members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into memberships
• Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries professionally
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
• Promote gym memberships, personal training packages, and other services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up with potential and existing clients for renewals and upselling
• Maintain sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure client satisfaction
• Organize promotional activities, events, and campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Sales/Marketing preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or service industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
