Sales Manager

1. Sales & Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for digital products such as digital cards, websites, and marketing services

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients (B2B & B2C)
• Upsell and cross-sell additional digital services to existing clients

2. Team Management & LeadershipRecruit, train, and manage the sales team

• Set individual targets for sales executives and monitor daily performance
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets

3. Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital solutions
• Handle key client accounts and high-value deals
• Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures

4. Sales Operations & ReportingMaintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and MIS reports

• Track leads, conversions, and revenue using CRM tools
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management
• Analyze sales data to improve conversion ratios

5. Marketing & Strategy CoordinationCoordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns

• Provide market feedback to improve product offerings
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Suggest new digital products or pricing strategies based on market demand

6. Process & ComplianceEnsure adherence to company sales processes and policies

• Maintain ethical sales practices and brand reputation
• Ensure smooth handover of closed clients to the operations/technical team
