Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive at Discount Villa will work on company-provided leads, visit potential customers, explain our services, and close deals. This is an operational field-based role focused on customer interaction, relationship building, and driving successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on leads shared by the company.
• Contact customers to understand their requirements and schedule visits/meetings.
• Visit customers at their location to present Discount Villa’s services and offers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to gain trust and influence decisions.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion goals (Note: There are no hard targets).
• Address customer queries with accurate and complete information.
• Ensure smooth coordination throughout the customer’s decision-making process.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, updates, and timely reporting.
• Represent Discount Villa professionally during all interactions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with field visits and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Experience in sales, field sales, or marketing will be an added advantage.
