Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales & Service Engineer with hands-on experience in inverters, batteries, and lithium-based products. The candidate will be responsible for both sales generation and after-sales service support in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the assigned area
• Promote and sell products such as inverters, batteries, and lithium solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

Service Responsibilities:

• Provide installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for products
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Perform regular service visits and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with the technical team for complex issues
• Required Skills:Good knowledge of inverters, batteries, and lithium technology
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
