Job SummaryYLALA Security Pvt. Ltd. is seeking disciplined and alert Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of client premises, employees, visitors, and property. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring activities, controlling access, and responding to incidents promptly.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain security of assigned premises at all times
• Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
• Conduct regular patrols of the area (foot or mobile patrol)
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems (where applicable)
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, damage, or unsafe activities
• Check ID cards, passes, and visitor registers
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, or safety hazards immediately
• Respond to emergencies such as fire, medical issues, or security breaches
• Assist visitors and staff courteously and professionally
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports
• Requirements & QualificationsMinimum education: 8th / 10th pass (preferred)
• Previous experience as a Security Guard is an advantage
• Good physical fitness and alertness
• Ability to work in shifts (day/night)
• Basic reading and writing skills
• Knowledge of basic security procedures
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude
