Team Handling & Operations Supervise

• day-to-day packaging activities and team performance
• Allocate work, manage manpower and ensure shift planning
• Train and guide packaging staff for quality & safety compliance

Quality & Productivity

• Ensure all products are packed as per company quality standards
• Implement FIFO, reduce packaging errors, and control wastage
• Monitor packaging output and meet daily/weekly targets

🔹 Key Skills Required Experience

• in packaging line supervision
• Team leadership & coordination skills
• Knowledge of packaging materials, standards & SOPs
• Ability to maintain quality and productivity under deadlines
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / ERP preferred)
