Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and mentoring junior sales team members. This role is crucial in achieving company revenue targets and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 2 years in B2B or B2C sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven with a passion for achieving targets and business growth.

Preferred:
