Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate (Plot Sales)

Position Overview:The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving plot sales for ARC Luxuries projects by generating leads, converting prospects into buyers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role requires strong sales expertise in the real estate sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective client engagement and site visit coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, references, site visits, and networking.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to plot sales.
- Develop strategies to attract potential buyers and investors.
Client Interaction & Sales Conversion:
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plots/projects.
- Present project details including location advantages, pricing, legal documentation, and investment benefits.
- Convert prospects into confirmed sales by building trust and providing professional guidance.
Site Visit Coordination:
- Arrange and conduct site visits for potential customers.
- Provide detailed explanations of the project layout, amenities, and future development prospects.
- Assist clients during the booking process and documentation.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to ensure higher conversion rates.
Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with clients and investors.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research:
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
- Provide insights to management regarding market demand and customer preferences.
- Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Plot / Land Sales mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of the Nagpur real estate market will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
