Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and proactive SEO Executive to improve organic visibility, drive high-quality traffic, and generate leads for NRI-focused services. The role requires hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

• Keyword research for high-intent and service-based keywords

• Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and service pages

• Create and optimize metadata (title tags, meta descriptions, headers)

• Improve internal linking and content structure

Off-Page SEO

• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and citations

• Manage directory submissions and NRI-focused platforms

• Monitor backlink profile and disavow spam links

Technical SEO

• Ensure website health (crawlability, indexing, site speed)

• Optimize Core Web Vitals and mobile performance

• Fix technical issues related to redirects, canonical tags, sitemap, robots.txt

• Coordinate with developers for SEO fixes

Content & Growth SEO

• Work with content team to create SEO-friendly blogs and service pages

• Optimize old content for better rankings and conversions

• Support EEAT-focused content strategy with data and insights

Analytics & Reporting

• Track keyword rankings, traffic, conversions, and leads

• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush

• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports

Local & International SEO

• Optimize Google Business Profile and local citations

• Support international SEO for NRI-targeted countries (USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia)

• Implement schema markup where required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field

• 1–4 years of hands-on SEO experience

• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and algorithms

• Experience with service-based and lead-generation SEO

• Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML

• Proficiency in SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
