Position Summary: As an Automation and Electrical Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and service for automation systems, specifically focusing on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and electrical systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of VFDs and associated electrical components. Your role will involve collaborating with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and reliable operation of automation systems. Technical support for automation systems, with a focus on VFDs and electrical systems. Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of VFDs and associated electrical components. Inspections, preventive maintenance, and data analysis for optimal VFD performance. Assisting in designing and testing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with standards. Collaboration with contractors to resolve electrical system issues. Providing customer support and training on VFD operation and maintenance. Strong knowledge of VFDs, electrical principles, and troubleshooting. Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented approach. Travel to customer sites is required.
