Site Management

• Supervise day-to-day activities at the construction/site location.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, plans, and specifications.

Workforce Supervision

• Manage and guide laborers, technicians, and subcontractors on site.
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of work.

Quality Control

• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
• Ensure work meets company standards and client requirements.

Safety Compliance

• Enforce safety rules and regulations at the site.
• Ensure proper use of safety equipment by all workers.

Material & Inventory Handling

• Track material usage and prevent wastage.
• Coordinate material requirements with procurement/store team.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Report daily progress and issues to the site engineer/project manager.

Schedule & Deadline Management

• Ensure work is completed as per project timeline.
• Identify delays and take corrective actions.

Inspection & Reporting

• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Maintain daily work reports, attendance, and site records.

Problem Solving

• Identify on-site issues and resolve them promptly.
• Escalate critical problems to higher management when required.

Client Interaction (if required)

• Assist during site visits and inspections by clients or authorities.
• Ensure client instructions are implemented correctly.
