Job Description – Content Creator & Social Media Assistant

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm

We are looking for a young, creative, and dedicated Content Creator & Social Media Assistant who can help produce engaging content for our brand. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, basic editing, and brand-focused creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Media Creation

Create high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.

Shoot and edit short-form videos/reels using CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.

Design visually appealing posts, stories, banners & thumbnails on Canva.

Capture basic photography for products, events, and promotions.

Social Media Management

Upload and schedule posts consistently across platforms.

Maintain page hygiene – responding to comments, messages & engaging with the audience.

Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.

Strategy & Branding

Write catchy captions aligned with brand voice.

Implement effective hashtag strategies.

Stay updated on latest trends, audio, and algorithms.

Understand brand aesthetic and ensure all content matches the visual identity.

Communication & Coordination

Work closely with management for ideas, campaigns & approvals.

Coordinate with the team for content requirements.

Be consistent, reliable, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
